Sephora and Ulta are my favorite places to shop for Christmas gifts. Every brand releases gift sets in beautiful packaging, and I just love the glam factor! Here are my top beauty gifts under $50 this year:

Sephora Sheet Mask SetSheet masks are having a moment right now, so chances are that you know someone who would love this gift set. Sheet masks feel wonderful on the face and add a little luxury to your beauty routine.

Bare Minerals Nudes for Days Lip SetI have been a fan of Bare Minerals Gen Nudes formula since their release last year. The formula is not super long lasting, but it is creamy and comfortable and fades evenly throughout the day. This set has a great range of neutral shades!

Stila Written in the Stars Glitter and Glow SetI swatched these at Ulta recently, and holy glitter Batman! They are so shiny! The three minis total to 1.5 x the size of 1 full-size glitter and glow for the same price, making this an excellent value.

Invisibobble Hair TiesI use my invisibobble hair ties every day. The coils grip my thick hair so well! These are a perfect stocking stuffer.

Becca Jet Set GlowBecca is my go-to brand for products that give me a healthy glow. This set comes with two primers and an under eye brightener.

My Burberry Blush Mini SetAnyone who rotates fragrances frequently knows it is difficult to finish one bottle of perfume before the expiration date. Mini sets like this Burberry one are a great gift for your fragrance obsessed friends, and you know they’ll be able to finish it!

Nudestix Lip TrioI tried a nudestix lippie through my Ipsy subscription a few months ago, and these have serious pigmentation and staying power! This trio has a perfect nude, red, and berry shade.

ColourPop Polite AF Supershock Eyeshadow SetI’ve never tried ColourPop’s supershock shadows before, but I’ve heard great reviews. The shades in this set are very wearable, so you can’t go wrong with this gift!

L’Occitane Trio Cremes SetEvery woman should carry a hand cream in her bag, especially in the winter. This gift set is perfect for your friends with chronically dry hands (like healthcare professionals who are constantly washing their hands)!

Bite Beauty Agave Kisses SetIf you have a friend who loves lipstick and already has every shade under the sun, skip the headache of trying to figure out which shade/formula she might like and give this lip care set instead. It has a lip scrub, mask, and balm to keep her lips hydrated all winter!

I hope you found these beauty gifts helpful! Check out all of my gift guides this season under the Holiday tab.

You are so right about the Bite Agave lip set, as someone who owns way too much lipstick.

I have so much fun shopping for beauty gifts for my friends and family around the holidays! I definitely picked up a few things for them in the recent sales.

    Great recommendations!

    • I’ve been dying to try Bite after hearing you talk about them!

  • This group of students went to the Louisiana State Medical Society House of Delegates yesterday as representatives of our school and the medical student section. We may have listened to debates on bylaw tedium for a little too long, but it was interesting to see how the LSMS adopts policy! #healthcare #advocacy #medschool #lifeloveandmedicine

  • @influenster sent me @Suavebeauty’s new Suave Naturals lotion and body wash to try (for free). This product line’s claim to fame is that the products are free of paraben and dyes. Parabens are preservatives used in many products. The research on their effects is inconclusive, so it’s difficult to say whether or not you should avoid parabens in products. In terms of performance of these products, they are just average. I prefer more moisturizing lotions and body washes, especially in the winter.
